Web 2: make a WebUIControl external, and it does not appear on the webpage anymore!

does anyone experiment the same thing ?
make a websdk control (open a websdk example )
run the project, the websdk control appears on the webpage.
then make the websdk control external
run again
it is not on the page anymore !
make it internal, run again, and it has come back…
