Yesterday I submitted a Feedback ticket was was resolved, and closed, in minutes. The issue was “operator error”. The particulars don’t matter here. I’ll just say that it involved an intermittent issue with my build script.
For me, I guess it was an “RTFM” moment. Anyway, not only did Greg point out my error (which was one of omission), he took the time to fix my script, and even whip up an example project. Again, this whole process resolved in mere minutes.
The ticket is now closed, and one apparently cannot PM Greg here. So, Greg, I guess I just have to give you a shout-out to the world.
