TabPanel Tabs Position?

This may seem like a dumb question but humor me…

For a TabPanel - OS X centers the tabs in the middle of the control. Is this not the case in Windows? I put a tab panel in a window and it’s all centered nice in OS X. In Windows, it’s on the left side of the Window and a label control is covering it up. Is it not centered in Windows?

No. On Windows, the tabs are on the left.

Thanks. Not sure why I never realized that before.

It’s worse in that Windows ignores any Flexible Spaces you might insert.
