TabPanel Panel Order

Using 2017 r2, I seem to have lost the ability to change the order of the panels in a tab panel or page panel.
In the IDE, I can drag them around and sort them, but it only seems to sort the title of the tab, and not the contents.

Has anyone else seen this?
Known issue?
Is there a work-around? The manual fix will take forever…

I have always used the edit button in the inspector & that still works for me.

It’ll be fixed in 2017r2.1

Current workaround is to use an older version of the IDE to switch the panel positions.
