We are checking options for another Xojo related conference in 2019.
Again we look for a place in Germany, but this time we consider whether we go to Cologne instead of Koblenz. Cologne could be a city where people may go for additional days for some sight seeing and entertainment. Cologne will definitive be more expensive than Koblenz, and maybe same as Munich. But if we go there, we need to make that decision soon to reserve the space in advance to get good rates.
Date could be somewhere in October 2019 as spring is taken by Xojo Inc. for their Xojo Developer Conference in May 2019.

Well, I discuss with several hotels and will tell you when we get something signed.
Currently it may be anywhere in fall 2019 in Koblenz oder Cologne. and if all hotels are full, we would even check other cities.
I’m on board for next fall, FWIW. Just stay away from late October as that will be my 20 year wedding anniversary. 
How late is that?

Actually that’s EXACTLY what I was just thinking so don’t worry about me. She’s never been to Europe so that’s going to be the new plan.
And there will be another Xojo staff member celebrating his honeymoon around that time.

Such a conference needs to be planned 18 months before, not 11 months before…
