Styling buttons do not appear

Hello guys

Since I upgraded to 2018R3 the style settings buttons (Normal, Hover, Pressed, Visited) are invisible, I know they are there because I can change.

This happens in 2 machines here in the company, a windows 7 another windows 10, being that in an older release(2017R2) they appear. On my personal computer it works normally.

Does anyone know what can it be?
