On a web page how do I get all my controls to stay in one place?

Could you be more specific with what you mean by stay in one place?
What behavior are you seeing now that you don’t like?
There are a lot of settings for the control locks, so if you help us understand what you’re looking for we’ll be able to give you better advice for how the settings should look
