Where can I download the Simulanics S++ Xojo Framework, if that is possible? It looks really cool and impressive so I thought I’d try it out.

As far as I know, Simulanics S++ Language and Framework is not Xojo related, supported, or endorsed by Xojo. You should contact the author directly.
