Sign a PDF form

My boss emailed me a 4 page PDF form… and I need to figure a way to email her back a four page PDF form but with my signature on the last page…

Is there a way … or do I have to print it all, sign it, and scan back to a PDF?

OS X Preview can insert signatures into PDF files:

None of business but I’d certainly initial each page if I were you

Except I cannot find anything mentioning iSight (which I have)… and the SIGNATURE menu item Tools->Annotate->Signature is greyed out :frowning:

no need… that is why all four pages including signed have to be in ONE pdf file
