Should changing an HTMLViewer's window.status work in Windows?

You can also use CancelLoad with

window.location = "TAG:Myvariablecontent"

TAG: (or whatever string you want) tells the event that it is a variable, so get the content at the right, and return True. The advantage is that it does not change the title that may be displayed.

But I agree, it would be nice to have an event.

I looked for a previous feature request, but there was none. So I created one :

He shao sean… is there any solution for windows (native)?

Amazing how sometimes convergent concerns produce parallel threads.

I just tested changing status in Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 to no avail.

What it is cefstring?

I also getting troubles with Timings on Titlechanged or StatusChanged,
