Scrollbars in HTMLViewer

Hi all,
Just wondering if there is a way to scroll the HTMLViewer to a specific (and repeatable) point on a website programatically?

Ideally, I’d have the scroll bars hidden too…… I’m running this one in Windows (XP or 7) is there a declare I could use?

Is it at all possible?

BTW, I don’t have access to the HTML.
