Hi,
from the time Sandbox appeared I found that a particular folder inside the Music folder is not accessible.
Although in AppWrapper the Music entitlement is checked, the app misses the “Home Videos” folder located at:
Music > iTunes > iTunes Media > Home Videos
Other folders or files added by me in the Music folder are accessed regularly by the sandboxed app; yet the content of Home Videos gets skipped.
Today I found that creating a temporary entitlement (i.e. selecting the above folder in AppWrapper) solves the issue.
Of course, in the META of iTunesConnect I’ll write the reason for it, but It remains to be seen if MAS accepts it.
So --and this is the reason for this post-- if anybody got/gets this kind of problems with the Music folder, temporary entitlement may be the answer.

This sounds to me like it’s either intentional, i.e. Your app is NOT supposed to access that folder. Or it’s a bug. I would recommend filing a bug with Apple over this.
Erm… Right now I am awaiting clarification from Apple, but it appears that all temporary entitlements have been deprecated and should no longer be used.

That’s why I said: “but It remains to be seen if MAS accepts it.”
But what worries me is also this: when among several folders in Music folders only this particular one is skipped, then it might happen that other folders too get skipped. Therefore, after sandboxing apps with access to Music folder, it’d be good to check and see if results are as expected.
