In the above example does anyone know of a regex pattern to extract all text data between two dates/times.

It it always a timestamp followed by some data then an end of line ?

The simplest pattern based on this data is code - (.*)[/code]. It simply looks for the space-dash-space combination and grabs everything after it. The data will be in SubExpressionString(1) of every match.
