Read from Global Address List (GAL)

Hello,

i am trying to read the addresses from the global address list and display them in a listbox. I managed to use the MAPI (Outlook) to load them through the Exchange Server, but it takes over 5 minutes to load 20,000 addresses. Does anyone know any alternatives?
