Prohibit landscape

On iPhone, my application looks terrible in landscape mode. Can I limit it to portrait presentation ?

Look at iPhoneScreen in the inspector, and switch off Landscape options

Merci.

Is there a way to force one view to be landscape or portrait?

Edit the Plist

UISupportedInterfaceOrientations

UIInterfaceOrientationLandscapeLeft
UIInterfaceOrientationLandscapeRight

UISupportedInterfaceOrientations~ipad

UIInterfaceOrientationLandscapeLeft
UIInterfaceOrientationLandscapeRight

That is for the whole app. Richard asked for one view. Note sure if that is possible.

I was going to say I’ve done it in SWIFT, but it was not orientation, but showing the status bar on some views and not other, and that required access to the prefersStatusBarHidden() method of the main ViewController.

But I’m not sure you can change “supportedInterfaceOrientations()” on the fly
