Problems downloading update 2024r.1.1

I’m not sure if this is the right section, anyhow, I can’t download the last update 2024r1.1
I always get the same error: #12175 ,
what should I do ?

What platform are you trying to download (Windows, Mac, Linux)?

Windows.
I’m getting the error from the IDE downloading, after I check for updates
