Problem with Feedback?

Is there a problem with Feedback? I keep getting told my logon is invalid. I reset my password and it’s still doing it.

Not sure what to do…

Update. Go to our website under Downloads > Extras and grab the latest one…

Wouldn’t it be more instructive to have an updater built into feedback that alerts the user and forces them to download the new version? It would save forum posts like this… :slight_smile:

Absolutely! If you read the other thread, there’s more info as to what we’re doing about that.

The current version was installed that way and I do not like that. That said, this is what have to be done, on some conditions like Greg already shares in the other thread.

That is (with a Cancel button) what is done inside Xojo too.

FWIW, the update mechanism is working properly in this year’s release(s), so when we do the next update it’ll be much easier to tell what’s going on.
