Where can I find the pdf file of the user manual and the reference to the language ?

Documentation folder that comes with the download/installer.

on windows C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Xojo\\Xojo 2016r4.1\\Documentation

on mac its inside the folder inside the .dmg

You will find in the left part of the window:

http://developer.xojo.com/home

an entry named Introduction to Programming. An archive file holding a PDF and examples.

More direct link: http://www.xojo.com/learn/index.php

If you already have one, check the pdf name is Introduction to Programming with Xojo 3rd Edition.pdf.

At last, you can download the dev center docs as pdf: click in the " horizontal small rects icon (Window’s top right) and choose the last entry in the list.
