Paint or Vector editor open source

I was wondering if anybody ever built a bitmap or vector editor with Xojo. I just need the basic features of adding images, drawing bitmaps on it, adding shapes or texts, rotating pictures or changing orientation, maybe applying some filters. Any project with these basics?

there is the “simpledraw” app available on xdev 12.5 magazine (around year 2014 but still compiles)

there was the “belle nuit draw” app but for realbasic 2.1 the source does not compile anymore.
