Online order failed

I just tried to buy the GraffitiSuite Web package through the Xojo site. After entering my payment details, I got the following error on the Xojo site:

Update: I have received a “Thank you for your order” email from Xojo.

So, I’m not sure now if the order has gone through. I’d appreciate a confirmation from Xojo. Thanks.

The order did go through. A third party survey tool we use is currently offline which is why you see this error, it didn’t affect your order. Let us know if you have any other questions,
