Online order failed

I just tried to buy the GraffitiSuite Web package through the Xojo site. After entering my payment details, I got the following error on the Xojo site:

Update: I have received a “Thank you for your order” email from Xojo.

So, I’m not sure now if the order has gone through. I’d appreciate a confirmation from Xojo. Thanks.

The order did go through. A third party survey tool we use is currently offline which is why you see this error, it didn’t affect your order. Let us know if you have any other questions, hello@xojo.com.
