OGG Vorbis encoding/decoding on Xojo?

Hi there,

Here is a newbie question:

I’m interested in using Xojo to develop an audio application. Is it possible to acquire sound from a soundcard or audio hardware and encode the audio with an OGG Vorbis audio compressor? Or in other words: is it possible to use the OGG Vorbis library?

I would recommend to record in a different format and than reencode to ogg by a command line tool. That is probably much easier.
