Why does my app do nothing when I click a menu short cut? Example projects work fine. But in my app nothing happens. This even shows up for built the built app.

Correction: in the built app the menu short cuts sometimes work and sometimes they don’t.
I see this in the IDE occasionally.
Usually it’s the keyboard sequence for a run remotely (command option R ) which stops working. I wonder if this is related?
