xojo 18/3 is running - OK
The colors in the editor are a bit too strong
scroll bar app display too dark
Listbox colors and other controls must be refilled
window background white so it is shown dark?
Are you running macOS 10.14 in Dark Mode?
If so, go to the Preferences > Code Editor section and click Reset. Then go to Layout Editor and click Reset. That should fix the text and editor background issues.
In terms of the scroll bars, you get what macOS gives us.

Now, the individual colors do not quite match
