mysql plugin minimum Windows version?

Just got email from an user which got an error that MySQLCommunityPlugin.xojo_plugin didn’t load on Windows app.
Does it work on Windows XP?

Should work on XP SP3

Client says it is SP3, so I’ll have to check this…
