my xojo cloud is offline

Now what?

doesn’t work anymore after tests with SSL yesterday and restart.
Ping still works.

Now what kind of support do I get from Xojo to get up and running again?

Is there any rackspace support for this?
I can’t really imagine Xojo doing the support for this fully by themselves.
Haven’t checked cloud yet, since we don’t need it here.

@Christian Schmitz - When you had this problem, did you try restarting the server? You can do that from your control panel.

I restarted it twice yesterday to fix it.

and again by the looks of things :frowning:
