MP3 Pause

I know I can play a sound, and start and stop it. But without using an external player, is there a way to pause the playing and restart it from the same point?

(Windows, Xojo 2021r2)

With Xojo sound class?

Or movie player control?

Or do you use MBS plugin class to play?

I know I can do it with the MoviePlayer control but I would prefer to do it with the sound class, if possible.

I have no intention to get a 3rd-party plugin.
