I would like to confirm if Xojo Windows Software can be published on the Microsoft Store…If So, How?

Back in 2017, with the help of @Michel_Bujardet and @David_Cox, I wrote some instructions on how to build an AppX installer for the Microsoft Store. These instructions are likely outdated, and should provide a good start.
