MBS Xojo MacBase Plugin does not support MacOS arm

@Christian I just updated MBS plugins to 24.4 and now get the titled message. Not sure what to do to resolve.

Please clear caches via button in preferences dialog and try again.

If that doesn’t work, please quit Xojo, clear caches manually by deleting folders and try again.
