MacOSEvents: Monitor app-wide mouse, keyboard, tablet & scroll events

I was a bit sad I couldn’t use my Apple MagicPad fully and found NSEvents & NSEventMonitor to be the solution. It’s a mighty property-full class a bit complicated to address but I tried to explain most in the attached example.
Please tell me if you should encounter any problems.
