Mac install question

Hello,
Mojave is blocking our .pkg file from installing into /Library

I am using Packages.

There is an option to install to Users and Shared but not to the username of the user…
Does anyone know how to install into the current user Library space?

I need to do that because Mojave isn’t allowing /Library writes from the installer…

First, are you sure you absolutely need an installation package? Because it is not the preferred way and it is quite unusual on macOS.
