loading/playing DVD

Hi,
is there a way to load/play a DVD in a Xojo-made app (without plugins)?

And I’m sorry for the unnecessary noise. Actually the two DVDs I was testing were faulty. Testing with other DVDs, Xojo’s Movieplayer loaded and played them nicely.
