Lists labels not visible

I brought some software from realstudio to xojo all without major problems,
but I realized now that in the lists the labels of the names are not initially visible, but after when I fill the list they appear… why?

Converting old projects to the current version of Xojo sometimes makes odd effects. Remove one of your labels and add it again.

I did but it doesn’t change, what else can I try?

Can I have an example of how to make a list in xojo with the name of the columns ??
