Listbox drop

I want to implement the Dragover event of a hierarchical Listbox. How do I relate the X and Y to a row/column?

Another thing is, I have two listboxes, one accepts multiple file drop, and the other doesn’t, Windows 7 shows a ‘prohibited’ sign, though they both have the same me.acceptfiledrop activated. What could cause that?
