Trying to install Xojo, keeps telling me I have no license keys. Not sure why it is doing that since I paid for it. I am good till September 2018 so
I downloaded 2018r3.
I also went to the Xojo website and it wants me to purchase an upgrade??
Anyway to fix this mess?
Sign in to the IDE with your Xojo account. Your licenses will be synced automatically.
I assume you mean 2019? Since Sept 2018 is already past?
If your licenses is empty in Xojo app, you just need to Sign In…:
If that doesn’t work, then you need to go online to Xojo’s web, sign in and remove one or more registered computers. Some licenses can only work in 1 machine, others in 2 and PRO in 3 computers.

Xojo 2018r3 came out in late October 2018 so your license wouldnt actually cover it.
@Gurdip Gill It looks like your license expired in early September. 2018r3 was release on October 23rd. You can continue to use 2018r2 or purchase a renewal to access Xojo updates for the next year.
