Trying to install Xojo, keeps telling me I have no license keys. Not sure why it is doing that since I paid for it. I am good till September 2018 so
I downloaded 2018r3.
I also went to the Xojo website and it wants me to purchase an upgrade??
If your licenses is empty in Xojo app, you just need to Sign In…:
If that doesn’t work, then you need to go online to Xojo’s web, sign in and remove one or more registered computers. Some licenses can only work in 1 machine, others in 2 and PRO in 3 computers.

Xojo 2018r3 came out in late October 2018 so your license wouldnt actually cover it.
@Gurdip Gill It looks like your license expired in early September. 2018r3 was release on October 23rd. You can continue to use 2018r2 or purchase a renewal to access Xojo updates for the next year. If you have any further questions please write us at hello@xojo.com, we’d be happy to help!
