Libs folder on Linux - error

Did 2014R3 break support for the “Libs” folder on Linux? It used to work with R1.

Now If I rename the “Appname Libs” to plain “Libs” I get an error:

Runtime Error
Please report what caused this error along with the information below.
Common/plugin.cpp: 5218
Failure Condition: 0
The application cannot continue because a needed file cannot be installed. Unable to locate testapp Libs/libSQLiteDatabase.so

The files are there!

root@va:~/bin# ls Libs/
RBConsoleFramework.so libSQLiteDatabase.so libc++.so.1

As a followup, renaming “Appname Libs” to plain “Libs” works on Windows, but not on Linux.

Bug???
