Left mouse button selection

XOJO 2022r… / Windows 10
In older versions of XOJO it was possible to select part of the code with the left mouse button pressed while moving down the mouse, even beyond the last visible line on the screen (the screen scrolled). The selection could start from any line in the code.
In version 2022r… this is no longer possible. You can only select text with the left mouse button pressed and moving beyond the last visible line on the screen, only if the first selected line has an - or + indent sign. Or an If … Then … code on one line.

Is this new in XOJO 2022r… or is this a bug ?

I can’t comment on Windows, but on a Mac it certainly still works.
