Labelfield transparent?

I have inserted some labelfields and choosed transparent in the settings.
Then I get these black areas

How do I get rid of those?

Tip: To use Dropbox as an image host for the forum, copy the sharing link and change dl=0 to raw=1.

How are you setting the background there? Paint event of the canvas?

What control are you using for the container that is holding those the label controls?

I’m using a normal label, placed upon a rectangle with a fillcolor

Move your label off and back onto the rectangle so that the rectangle highlights with a red border as you let go of it. This will make sure that the label uses the rectangle as the parent and uses its background color as the background color of the label.
