Looking for someone to write a simple Xojo Mac/PC app that uses a paid commercial service of your choice to push and receiving notifications. Note: these are not user visible notifications.
- Register supplied device ID to receive notifications
- Push an arbitrary text string out to devices with my ID or another ID
- Receive notifications on devices.
Again, data is not displayed to the user. The app simple accepts the text payload silently.
The service needs to be able to easily send and receive to iOS and Android as well though implementing that is not part of the current contract.
The service needs to support queuing so that offline devices receive notifications when next online.
