Is there an easy way to create plists?

I’m looking for an easy way to create .plist files. Not knowing all the possible key/values, it would be helpfull to have a tool or somewhere to find all they keys and values.

I’m looking into iOS mostly.

Xcode has a built in plist editor (it used to be a stand alone tool)
You can have it show “human readable names” or raw values
And the references
