iOSLib channel?

Could we please have a channel for iOSLib as it’s a huge extention to Xojo for iOS it would be helpful to find information more easy.

I don’t think this will happen as there was never a MacOSLib channel, and it’s an unofficial extension. Plus that would discourage Xojo from integrating the controls into native Xojo tools.

You can search just the forum using Google for better results.
When you’re searching with Google try this: site:forum.xojo.com %search%
Where %search% is your search query.

There is no need for it to become official, it’s just more helpful because it is used so much. No need for google search the internal search is much stronger.

I am really sorry, Derk. This year presented me with a lot of different urgent tasks, and my plans to extend the documentation and write a few articles have been delayed by them. I am still obliged to look more intensively into the still-not-working CURL classes and redo the view events before I can.

But if you have any question, please feel free to ask me.
In general, iOSLib is very close to the iOS API in its structure. If a feature is supported, you often can use a Swift or Xcode tutorial to get an idea about it. In fact, that’s how I built a few of the demos.

No problem Ulrich i’m very confident it will all workout. Most of the documentation is understandable. Few parts missing but it’s open source so i have no complaints.
