i had, also tried manual remove zn folder but that make the install somehow invalid.
using WiFi-23.40.0-Driver64-Win10-Win11.exe does not overwrite the language 
i missed install windows 11 by myself before using this pc.
maybe the casing block the wlan modul.
the router is only 7 meters away and one small wall is between.
i have other older pc with same intel ax200 and it is much faster with 5 GHz network.
