They do, it’s [available here](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission/?persona=HomeUser). Could it be _at all_ related to that [MSVC 140 issue](https://forum.xojo.com/t/time-to-stop-using-c-140-on-windows-maybe/87063) from the other day?
