Identify the Windows Phone platform

Windows Phone platform has a strong progression.
In Europe, it already exceeds 10% market share.

It would be nice to be able to identify it. Perhaps it would enable this feedback:

You should be able to permit it already in your code using AllowUnsupportedBrowser http://documentation.xojo.com/index.php/WebSession.AllowUnsupportedBrowser
