IDE in fullscreen doubles up top bar?

Hi All I haven’t heard anyone else complain about this so I was wondering if its just my setup.
I get a double up of the very top bar of the IDE when Im in Mac Yosimite full Screen mode . I have two monitors running from a 2013 macbook Pro.

What version are you on?
Not here on 2013r3.3.

What happens when you click on the top bar that has no title ?

I only have one window open Greg.
Only one bar works the other is just a mirror ghost image.
I should note that one of the screens is the 27inch mac display.
ie
I have a closed macbook and 2 large screens running .
They are both 27inch, but one is a 2011 27inch mac display , and the other is a view sonic .
It happens on both .

This time the mirror bar is blank. As I said I think when two bars appear one is just a ghost of the other.

It is not quite a ghost. The IDE toolbar has a title, the other not. Ugly bug…

Some feed back Reproducing this bug,
I can reproduce this idea bug sometimes. It depends how many times Ive put the IDE into full screen mode.
If you start the Ide from scratch with more than one screen (haven’t tried with one only) and have the ide slightly off the page so some areas are invisible . Then click the green make big button. Then it seems to create a ghost image/band just under the top of the IDE.
How ever if the idea is all visible , and goes to full screen MOST times the ghost band doesn’t appear.

Cant be more precise sorry.
Now I know how to get around it its not a big issue. Just a weird one.
