Does adding the port number help i.e.

It’s more likely that the page is set to not allow you to show it in an iframe.

Yep, just did a test and I got one to play using HTTPS, it must be the iFrame thing. I couldn’t get anything from youtube, google, or vimeo to play, but a video placed on my own server did.
Google stopped allowing people to embed their video content in iFrames as it allowed people to bypass Google’s advertising and add their own.
