How to show ftp directory files in listed format with some activity buttons based on specific parameters?

Hello there, I am a newbie here. I want to make a web application where user login with their credentials and i want to redirect the user in another web page where the ftp directory files with some activity buttons (view, download) will show as a list based on specific parameters (check the directory exist or not). Now I need expert guidelines or any other help would be appreciated.
