How to disable a particular key?

I have been asked to include an option which will allow someone to use to advance between fields on a Desktop App instead of .

I’ve figured out enabling but I can’t figure out how to disable the Tab key from shifting focus between fields.

Is this possible?

Have you tried turning off the Tab Stop in the inspector panel?
Select the TextField in the IDE, and the look in the inspector panel on the right-hand side.

Or in the Keypress Event reject the ChrB(09) by returning TRUE

Thanks for the quick replies, guys. I was able to accomplish what I was looking to by disabling the tabstop on the few fields that were affected when the preference was enabled.
