The typical suggestion is to open source your software and make money selling services like installation, configuration, training, customization, etc
How well this works varies widely
Google for “how to make money with open source software” and you’ll find a wide range of suggestions
Customization. Priority Support (i.e. offering support outside of forums). Installation/Setup help. But, like Norman said it’s going to be a thousand answers and only you can figure out which one makes sense.
