The artwork belos is a “signature” from the cover of a magazine.
LiveText (OCR) from Apple does not help there.
The magazine was printed in 1983 in both English and Hindi.
That signature was underlined, if this matters.
Can you help me in giving me (using roman character set) what name it is ?

It’s black and likely transparent, try highlighting it. It would appear not to be showing in dark mode.

That certainly is it. Shekhar is an illustrator and the cover is a drawing.
