i am pretty sure those ears and hat and nose are from Mr Potato Head.
The eyes and mouth is probably hand-made

Thanks. Yes, the rest of the parts are from a bought set, but the eyes and mouth weren’t correct, so I had to make them (I also had to cut the eyebrows apart since they were one piece.)
